Sapor Maris uses only fresh fish for its smoked products, processed strictly by hand using only knives and tweezers to remove the bones without the use of machinery. The fish usually used are as follows: salmon, mullet roe, smoked tuna, smoked swordfish, smoked cod, smoked amberjack and other specialties.
In our store you can also find different types of filleted and temperature blasted fish, ready to make Sushi or any preparation: swordfish sliced, Scottish salmon sliced, Irish salmon sliced BIO, Norwegian and Scottish salmon whole whisker, lampuga, codfish.
In our online store you can find various kinds of smoked fish including: whole mullet roe, ground mullet roe, Norwegian and Scottish salmon whole whisker, Scottish salmon fillet, BIO Irish salmon whole whisker and pre-sliced, and sockeye salmon whole whisker.
